A :Yes, there is only one floor at each warehouse.
Q2.Is there a Minimum Rental Period?
B : The minimum rental period is one month and then contracts are on a month to month basis.
Q3.When can I get access to my goods?
C : The warehouses are open 8.00am-5.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am – 4.00pm Saturdays. They are closed on public holidays.
Q4.Do we sell Removal Boxes and Mattress Covers?
D : Both removal boxes and mattress covers can be purchased at Security Self Storage
Q5. Do customers need their own padlock?
E :Customers supply their own padlock, which can be purchased from Security Self Storage.
Q6.Is there a forklift service to unload goods that arrive on pallets?
F : There is a forklift available at the Manly Vale warehouse that is available to unload pallets.
